The scenery of Japan is amazing. The rolling hills of the country side are the deepest green I have ever seen, the water so clear it looks almost fake. Volcanos still grumbling and coughing thick clouds of smoke, locals planting in the rice fields, I felt like I was watching 'The Last Samurai'.

The cities are just as beautiful but in a completely different way. The rolling hills are replaced with amazing architecture, city lights so bright that they hurt your eyes and the organisation of all forms of transportation running on time to the second.
English is not spoken much, so ordering meals can be quite adventurous, but if you love your Japanese food, then you won't care what you ordered and you won't find it anywhere in the world where it tastes any better than its origin.
Japan is the most modern and up to date with technology city I have ever been too, if it’s new, digital or goes fast, Japan has either created it or has it first.
A must country to visit during your next holiday; it is unlike any other country in the world.
