Malaysians are extremely funny people who have a great sense of humour. I have made some great friends in Malaysia and the people I know there is one of the main reasons why I love going back.
The weather is usually hot and humid and unpredictable, so planning a nice cool rainless golf day is almost impossible.
The two towers are an amazing site to see in the city, they stand out brighter than any two buildings in the world.
If you love to shop, KL has some of the best shopping centres that have everything you can think of. If you are looking to shop on more of a ‘don’t mind it’s not real as long as its cheap’ budget, then the markets here are fantastic.
Just remember, when shopping at the markets they know exactly who the tourists are, so they know exactly who to overcharge.
Having a few locals as mates helps the first time you go, that way you know how the whole barter system works and what everything should be priced at.
